Vastu tips for your main entrance door
One should give special attention to the main door as it’s a connects inner & outer spheres of life. One enters home through the main door which should provide positive energy each time one walks in. This positive energy is correlated to every aspect of the home. The main entrance door should be positioned in a way that it can activate the most positive energy.
Various aspects like the placement of the main door, the placement of the main windows, the direction of the main door and so on. Following are some tips which can help you position your main entrance door as per Vastu shastra.
Location of the main door plays an important role as to which place is best suited to position the main door. Door should be either in the left or the right half based on the direction of the door.
Door position according to the directions:
North: Door should be in the North east and avoid North-West part. This direction will allow sumptuous sunlight throughout the day. Have gap between door and the corner of the walls.
West: Door can be placed in the North-west and avoid the opening in the south west direction. Ensure that you have a parallel door in the east to allow maximum useful sunlight.
South: Door can be placed in Southeast while other positions as center & southwest should be avoided as this might harm you with the negative infrared rays.
East: Door can be placed in north east direction.
Avoid placing main door directly opposite to home across the street. It can be quite disturbing, may result in peeking. Also avoid main door facing a deserted, torn-down building because of its negative vibes.
Entrance gate and the entrance door on facing same side are considered auspicious.
Avoid Underground tank, septic tank under the main entrance door.
Main entrance door should be some distance away from the corners.
